Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
We carefully inspect all products before dispatch. Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
•The product received is damaged
•The product received is defective
•The product received is incorrect
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with clear images or videos of the issue.
Return Conditions
•Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
•SMASHYN reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Refunds
•Once the return is approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
•Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
•For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after verification of customer details.
Non-Returnable Items
•Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling
•Products purchased during sales or promotional offers (unless defective or damaged.
•For approved returns, the replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days
Cancellations
•Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
•Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
